When you commence your training with us, you will receive a comprehensive Participants Information Booklet. This booklet is designed to answer any queries you might have with commencing your program.

Get your Ticket2Ride!

The Hospitality sector employs over 33,000 people in Melbourne alone. Get your Ticket2Ride allowing you to work anywhere in the world!

To apply under the Victorian Training Guarantee (VTG) and pay only $145 you must be:

  • an Australian Citizen, Permanent Visa holder, Sub-class 444 Visa holder (NZ Citizen) or East Timorese asylum seeker
  • born between 1990 and 1995

          Alternatively, If you are born :
  • between 1985 and 1989
  • and have NOT completed a qualification higher than a Certificate II
          you also qualify for the VTG.

 

What do I get with my Ticket2Ride?

  • A Certificate II in Hospitality
  • The Certificate is offered in sessions on various days and various times to allow you to study or work
  • Qualification includes compliance training such as Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Food Handling
  • The course is delivered as a combination of online (E-Learning) and face to face

Do you see yourself working in places such as clothing retailers, cafes, fast food outlets, large department stores such as Myer, Target etc as well as supermarkets? This course offers participants the opportunity to gain the skills required to work in a variety of retail outlets PLUS receive a Food Handlers certificate.

This is an upgrade courses suitable for those that already hold the Certificate II Retail Operations or 2 years or more experience in a retail environment.
All courses are completed during school hours (9.45am-2.30pm) over a number of weeks. No training is undertaken during school holidays or public holidays
