Prior to any training program commencing, it is imperative that the background work is done. This ensures the success of the program.

An audit of the skills required to perform your team members’ roles is the first step in the process, once those skills have been assessed, a thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is conducted. The result of this is then mapped against the appropriate units of competency from the relevant training package. Our Instructional Designers can then set about creating a specific training resources.

This is also the stage where we may be able to identify any opportunities to offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL may be granted where participants have already demonstrated prior competence and can show sufficient evidence to support this.
